Default Re: Hodgson gone?

So Hodgson's crime was taking a team that had finished second two years earlier to twelfth place.

They should take a look at Dogleash's last long-term job. It might look oddly familiar.

just read about all this on the bbc site. tbf, that 87/88 vermin team was marvellous going forward, but is it just coincidence that the new attacking philosphy quickly fell apart as they increasingly found that they couldn't keep the back door shut (a problem echoed in desperate microchosm by FSW's vermin side at the end of 08/09). dalglish's record is just glossed over as part of his glorious trophy-winning career. no mention of the £#%&!ing mess he left, of how the players had become bottlers (by Hansen's own admission, for example), or of how souness ended up taking the bullets.

don't worry.

they are shockingly poor. plus all this about them not wanting to play for hodgson, is %@#$&!s unless they really are little £#%&!ers with a turdish attitude.

they are basically 3 players above being a championship side.

absolute fodder.

Same time last year we was knocked out by Leeds.

Utd vs L'POO will be a tense game tomorrow despite how shite they've been playing lately.

Us United supporters know that, everyone else ignores it and it's become one of those football myths anyway.

Actually, Newcastle were a GOOD team when he took over. He made them shite

And both Liverpool and Blackburn went into freefall just after he left - coincidence??

They will still win tomorrow, though
