Even at his best I found him to be overrated.

The lack of cross collecting isn’t good enough.

Him going to Madrid in hindsight wouldn’t have been a bad thing for us really.

He never developed as I'd hoped. His early years, his shot stopping was amazing, some of the best I've ever seen. But it gradually became clear that was it. As for the rest, he doesn't marshal his defence, his presence is pretty weak, he's absolute crap at collecting crosses, shit with his feet, resembles a goat and for penalties you might as well just put a traffic cone there for all the difference he makes.

Don't know who could replace him though. Anyone decent out there?
Kasper Schmeichel is rumoured to be on his way out of Leicester.

laughable he thinks he had a good season.

him, maguire , The Scottish Player and Bruno are basically our spine. And all they have in abundance in delusion about how good they actually are.

big problems lie ahead and you can’t blame any flamboyant french players this time lads.

All the above taken into account. I do think he's been our player of the year.

I think he’s right. No shit.. we’ve had a bad season.

Usually makes at least one good save in a game. Has a piss poor defence and a weak midfield in front of him.

Would love someone to make a suggestion on who they’d replace him with and explain how that would make us stronger.

Nick Pope, Sanchez, just about any goalkeeper that can kick the ball or actually come off their line for a cross. It’s not that deep. He’s £#%&!.

Dropped from the Spanish team like a hot brick, because he’s shit.

If he was, I would.

‘Great shot stopper’

Occasionally making a decent save has been stretched beyond all recognition by this £#%&!ing frauds supporters.

One of the only players that’s pulled his weight this season and he’s shit?

Nick Pope would improve United? Okay..

Yep. You won’t realise or accept it until de Gea has gone though.

Pulled his weight ffs he causes more problems than Maguire.

He's not been bad this season, but it's night and day watching him and someone like Alisson. Some will say it doesn't matter for a goalkeeper, but how bad he is with the ball at his feet is concerning.

Think we'll look to replace him next summer, as there seems to be bigger areas to address. I do think a top quality "modern" goalkeeper would make a huge difference to us, but time will tell.
