NI should've brought Healy out of retirement.

That was exhilarating. Should have tried playing football a bit earlier.
Needed two up front from the start.

Certainly need to beat Ukraine. Onwards.

Think we flattered Poland a bit but certainly would like to see them go far.

That match illustrated the problem in broadening the entry to 24 teams. Can not really criticize NI, their player base is so limited, but they are going to offer very little to this tournament on the pitch.

They had a Fleetwood Town player at right back

Bullshit mate. We won our group. We didn't get in because of a widened intake, there on merit.

Don't agree with the point either. Grateful to have more matches to watch. The odd shitfest is still better than refreshing the Rumour Mill for a month.

Started with 7 defenders, 5 at the back with McNair and Baird in midfield, along with 2 defensive midfielders, proper anti football set up.

Fair enough. We get plenty of matches like that at the World Cup, one of the strengths of the Euros used to be the more even competition. Great for the fans of the smaller countries of course.

NI were disappointing today, granted - but Wales have arguably justified their presence already and Albania were better than expected.

Very true. O'Neill may be kicking himself tonight. Hopefully different set up for the Ukraine match.

In fairness there was little quality. I was surprised at just how poor they were technically. Maybe nerves; surely a bit better than that?

The right-back was a horrific footballer, but when I looked him up he plays League One, so fair play to him
