I can see Rio being rested, but other than that it'll be as full strength as possible. I fear he may 'tinker' against Blackpool. Neville should be ok at home to a Birmingham team who are primarily negative and slow.

Nani needs to pull his £#%&!ing finger out of his arse too. Shite against and Spurs and Liverpool and, more worringly, he seems to be resting on his laurels again. Take out the winner against Stoke and it's a fair old while since he really did anything. Just because he's had a good season, doesn't mean he can just stop. Great players never stand still.

NEV-------VIDA---SMALLING----EVRA

NANI----ANDERSON---CARRICK---GIGGS

-------ROONEY----BERBATOV---------

Scholesy to get 20 minutes under his belt.

Swap Fabio for Nev and I'll go with that.

The point being that it was an isolated moment in otherwise very underwhelming form in recent weeks. I just hope he's not forgotten about the work-rate than got him into this position in the first place.

His attitude has been poor. At Spurs he just casually strolled down the line. Squaring up defenders, but barely moving the ball before eventually tippy-toeing into trouble and getting dispossessed. I don't think he stretched his legs the whole game.

Just a pity that he seems to require a constant kick up the arse.

Surely it's easier to let the wingers go. Just usher them across himself like some uniformless Lollypop man.
