I was on a plane last night and missed both Sanchez' confirmation and the vermin's defeat great news to come home to.
Very pleased with signing.
Saw a BBC report this morning where their chief footie reporter said that this signing was an indication of 'United's desperation'.
Hoping some piss will be boiled very soon.

Very strange couple of weeks. Huge statement from the club, Ed and Jose and could be the catalyst for a run in Europe. Hoping Martial and Rashford see it as a positive arrival and learn from him/up their game.

The one problem (aside from his age) is that Sanchez is another attacker who prefers playing anywhere but on the right hand side

Mata is literally the only one who is seemingly happy to play out there

True but only because he had to

He can certainly play well there but as he said in his interview to MUTV he prefers the left or playing central

Given he's now our star attacking player (if you count Pogba as a midfielder) you would think he would get to play where he wants and will get the best out of him

Compromise might be taking Lingard place behind Lukaku so Martial keeps his place on the left

And still we effectively have no right hand side, just a smiling Spaniard doing £#%&! all..

I'd play Mata on the right over Lingard
Not Mata's biggest fan but he brings a bit more control to our attack

Ah, this was it...

Quote:
In the 2012–13 campaign, on 2 October 2012 Sánchez scored the first goal for Barcelona in a 0–2 away win against Benfica.[43] On 10 February 2013, then scored his first goal of the Liga season in Barça's 6–1 home win against Getafe.[44]
Managed 1 goal in the first 7 months of the season. Knew he'd had a horror spell..

Oh I am, just suggesting that his spell on the right at Barca might not have been his most productive, and shock £#%&!ing horror, I'm right..

United sign a genuine world class player to play in the position that he's been bleating about for months, whilst displacing his most hated player and he's googling facts to find something negative
