You might be right, Coutinho has only been given the No.14 shirt (and not the No.7 shirt which is still up for grabs) and the Spansish press are insinuating that this means another huge signing is on the way.

No and neither have they added the total wages over his contract, signing on fee and agents fee to the transfer fee like they always do with us

Watching shit like house of cards has me convinced that the media have been paid to not mention certain things about city that they could legitimately get roasted for.

Don't know what wages City will be paying him, but 23 million on top of his salary would probably come close to the Alexis deal which City supposedly backed out of because of the money ?

£57m in total, which must mean no agent fees or salary are being paid. I blame his mercenary club for making City pay anything at all.
