Nobody really knows do they? Can only go on reputation and his is good. Whipping away top people from City and Newcastle is the kind of big boy stuff we should be doing

Don't know a lot about him, but that clip sounds very promising, Seems to know his stuff and seems to have gotten better with each new role.

How novel it will be for us to sign players that fit a vision.
