Actually done a complete 180 here and think it makes sense to sign him another season.

- now we have Lukaku I don't think we need another centre forward given our formation

- how often do you get to January and need an attacking boost? Ibrahimovic would provide that

- doesn't need integrating

- no "transfer fee" so keeps that budget relatively intact to focus on haggling with clubs over other targets

- good for the sqaud to have him remain, it became hugely apparent how popular he was after the Ajax game

- future favours from Mino

No harm in keeping him as long as long as the team is built around Lukaku as the focal point.

Can't see Zlat liking that though.

Zlat coming on last 20 mins in games we're struggling in would be best way to play him in my opinion.

Not liking it? I'm pretty sure he understand given he'd be missing a good portion of the season.

He's signing for LA Galaxy so whether it makes sense is irrelevant.

His big announcement won't be to sign for United and sit on the bench for half the year.
