Rome, Italy (Sports Network) - Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi has pledged his future to the club following renewed speculation that he could move on this summer.

The 25-year-old Italy international has been mentioned as a target for Real Madrid and several clubs in England, but De Rossi insists that he is going nowhere.

He told Sportmediaset.it: "Every year at Roma, around April or May, the rumors start spreading around.

"I'm very calm, I entrust my future to this shirt. A negative season will not make me change my mind, at least not to me.

"From the placing and results point of view, we did not do well, but not everything must be thrown away.
