Bailly was all but done this time last year, work permit applied for. Ibra was considered a lock in too. Not time to wet the bed but we need to see some real movement sharpish.

He hasn't signed yet (or been registered) as the window isn't open BUT even that aside that is 1 player in the whole of the Premier League mentioned (2 with the keeper) and lets bear in mind the bitters have a transfer hearing coming up like Athletico etc and are doing business early in case they get banned (which they wont).
