I know Grimmers had a bit of a contretemps with Charlie Rouge the other day. I'm sure Rougers isn't one for circling the wagons though...probably completely unconnected.....

Looks like unelected Forum Sheriff and Chief Archivist Watcherers has had a lesson in flashback snide from Gipperers here. Superb recollection skills from the lad - indicating he's an absolute wizz at Murder Mystery evenings or is possibly slightly autistic.

EdIt: Tez. Shut it.

Grimmers upset a few people on here last year with his hard line pro-gas BBQ stance. Can't remember if Gyppers was one of the staunch charcoal defenders or not, but clearly, something's gone down.

Also, if the pic he posted of himself was indeed himself, Gyppers doesn't have a lot hair iirc, so he's bound to think someone like Grimmers - regularly flaunting his long flowing locks - needs taking down a peg or two. And that's exactly what he's done.

Grimmers has had a go with me too recently - generally pedantic stuff as per but the odd substantial point too. He was defending balotelli's twitter antics from memory which really smacked of 'just wanting an argument'.

Perhaps gypers has seen two top boys being harassed and thought about doing something about it? I can't publically condone that kind of thing obviously but you can't help admiring someone who is potentially looking out for you.

Final straw was Grimmers actually defending the renaming of Old Trafford to the "Taco Bell Thunderdome" - and then pointing, staring at laughing at anyone in the local area of the ground for being too poor to stump up for an Exec ticket. The unacceptable face of US free markets.

Needless to say, the fact that I am also hirsute with a Platinum "Timotei" card is also clearly a raw wound. Karma BUDDY.

Woah. That's some stone cold revenge right there. Mind like a steel trap, and zen-like patience. A forum sniper with his eye on the sight, and his finger on the trigger. Still like a rock. As soon as that coiffured head popped above the parapet. Crack. He took the shot, dismantled his rifle, and melted off into the night.

Will we ever see him again? Who took out the hit?

Football Skills: Getting right to it, John, what do you think are the most important skills young players need to master?

John Wark: First touch and comfort on the ball. You've got to have that base to start with. But really, in the modern game, it's about speed and power. So I would say fitness and strength is as important as anything else.

FS: So even young players have to work on their fitness?

JW: Aye, the game is changing. If you watch Japan play, or South Korea, in my day they couldn't play football at all, but now they're in every World Cup and doing well, and it's because they're so fit.

FS: Yes, they're greatly improved.

JW: And it's not because they're brilliant footballers; it's because they're so fit. Also, there is a level of craftiness there. Cunning. You've got to give them credit.

FS: Yes, they-

JW: Scheming. Devious.

FS: Now, what about shooting with the weaker foot? Should young players be working on that?

JW: Just zipping all over the place. Like rats in a rundown flat, when you switch the light on.

FS: Ah, well-

JW: They just love to run. You can tell, with those big stupid grins stuck to their faces, running and going "Hoy! Hoy! Chinky Hey Hoy!" or whatever.

FS: Now, you were a goalscoring midfielder-

JW: I'm getting paid for this, right?
Ashton Red: John, you´re full of shit
JW: You think so Ash?
Ashton Red: Yea I do, £#%&! off

Probably when my dog died, or my dad died. One of those two. Makes me a natural target for a certain type.

Well I mean, that was the point of the humour, such as it was. It's satirizing a dinosaur like Wark (he did actually say something like this once...)

btw Keith you're one of my favourite posters. This is still the best thread ever: http://www.utdforum.com/forum/showth...ghlight=things

I thought The Watcher was the chief of snide/brutal BTTTs.

Turns out he was just a Vader to Gypsum's Emperor.
