As much as Moyes has been a disaster I actually agree with him here, the players get paid fortunes and one of the few prices on that is that you don't go on the piss till all hours midseason.

You have to maintain professionalism, that's the very least the fans can expect.

I only agree because it's Cleverley and Welbeck but in the main it's a load of %@#$&!s. Who honestly gives a £#%&! what footballers do in their own time as long as it's not directly involved in what they do on the pitch?

They went out for a drink after work when we didn't have a game for a week and a £#%&!ing half.

Don't see the problem when they don't have a match coming up and when their own manager has declared there's nothing to play for.

If it was 2 decent players who were both white there wouldn't have been a problem. Too black and too shit, fined. Bang out of order. Am so glad the Ginger racist only has a week to live.

Would Ferguson have let it go? Would he £#%&! even in this position. It's not about going out at all, it's about going out until 3 in the morning. If you let it slide when it "doesn't matter" it's a slippery slope.

If Moyes hadn't made such a @#%&! of the job no way would you lot be on the players side.

Ferguson would have probably sent them on holiday for a week to relax. get pissed and be fresh for the title run in. That's the difference.

You could add Uncle Joe, who left this realm slowly choking to death whilst lying in his own shit - because his underlings, even then, were too terrified of him to actually *do* anything

%@#$&!s. Remember Fergie dropping Rooney against Blackburn? Ever wonder why Wes left? The manager is number one and Moyes doesn't carry himself as number one at the club.

Teetotal wasn't he/isn't he?

Got some money out of the tabloids for them saying he was drunk on holiday.

Probably the reason he's considered one of the best players ever and Rooney never quite got to that 'top top' level.
