Only watched the 2nd half, but Smalling, Cleverley, Eikrem and have all done well.

Where the £#%&! has Gill gone he came on for Carrick, no idea where he is playing though.

I know he wasn't up against much but I can see what all the managers say the've seen in Smalling, excellent on the ball, tall and fast as £#%&!. As he gets older his positional play will improve too, I was impressed.
