Thought was good against Barca (although should have conceeded 2, stood up well to Messi.

Can't wait until Ravvers and Pogba start smashing him in midfield over the next few years.

Difficult to actually judge at this age how good he will go on to be. But I include him in the same bracket as Rooney and Gazza at at 'similar' ages in terms of potential quality.

We certainly could do with his guile, attitude, and confidence in our central midfield.

Watching him against us and especially Barcelona, he stood out. Reminded me a bit of when Rooney first played at old trafford for Everton, they were shit but he didn't give a £#%&! - just got on with it.

Like Rooney, you can tell he is the real deal. He would be in our midfield for 12-15 years. If we had any money I would bid 35 million for him.

I know its all %@#$&!s but "if" we could spend the ronnie money and get him and bale for 70 million and a keeper for 10 I would consider that good business.

As to his character he is 19 - fergie would sort him

The thing about Wilshere at arsenal, is that unless wenger balances the squad to give it a more british feel, I can't see Wilshere staying there. Anyone who's played for a team, knows that a shit,boring dressing room is a big turn off for any player. Wilshere will be exposed to a different environment, with england;good or bad; but you can bet that it's a better laugh than the arsenal dressing room anand team atmosphere. I definitely think that it was also a factor in Cole leaving, along with money and trophies!
