Carrick is coming in... Could be a good link between the players and the coaching staff, seems to have a good head and If his coaching is like his football then he could turn into a good addition to the coaching staff..

He apparently said that Carrick will be his assistant as soon as he has his badges.

He’ll be doing none of his own coaching

He’ll put on Jose’s sessions

All well and good having Carrick on but it's not the same having a man who has been team mates and friends with the players he now coaches. Didn't work with Giggs.

Need a newcomer who can challenge the manager and has no bias with these players.
