Personally, I’ve never seen a bigger one than him.

would be Ok with keeping him as 3rd/4th choice centre back, if he gets a proper haircut. looks like his mum does it, the top and sides/back are all the same length.

Thought it was telling what Ole said about HM on Th’Overlap.

A good guy.

Is he Nesta/Vidic/Kohler? Not quite - but he’s the best peanut in the United defensive turd.

I like him.

Who would have thought Harry Maguire would be the player driving the ball up the field in a FA semifinal while the rest of the blokes sat around and picked daisies.

He's like the mate who doesn't really add anything to the group but is genuinely nice so everyone is fine with him.

I like Maguire...not as a footballer but he can hang around the bench on match days perhaps.

That dressing room has been a vipers nest of self-serving shithouses and gossipy little bitches for years now.

As much as Maguire is limited as a footballer, he shows the kind of character that you would want in a team mate.

After that penalty shootout on Sunday, whilst that prat Antony was off cupping his ears, Maguire just turned, went over and shook all the Coventry players' hands. It's a small gesture but it's one befitting of a manchester united vice captain and something which captain's in our past would have done.

He's an easy target for the usual social media "U don't know ball fam" morons who are obsessed with shit@#%&!s who do a couple of nutmegs on a tiktok video backed up by insufferable "music".

Great footballer? No. Decent Bloke? Yes.

I think Ole said that he was one on only a few that would always be willing to step infront of the camera after a match as well, no matter the result. Did the post match on Sunday as well on the pitch, to a chorus of boos. Can only hope they were all Coventry fans.

He might lack the overall ability to be a proper Manchester United centre back, but at least he has the bottle.

Wow, shots fired and the Bunks/Ned ‘coaches know’ collective. Antony’s spin before passing to the opposition still a favourite of theirs. Big question is will they let Jack Duckworth fill the ethers gap (rip) given his musical penchant for Dire Straits?

Agree on Slab. The only players that have shown any real character for us are slab, Dalot, Mctom nach, Hoijlund and mainoo. Shame slab is a bit shit.

Anyone who uses that phrase in an un-ironic way, ironically, doesn't have a £#%&!ing clue. Or is a 12 year old Tik Tok user.

Spot on btw. I've given him as much shit as anyone in the past because, well, he was a bit rubbish but imagine how £#%&!ed we'd be if we sold him and (to a lesser extent) The Scottish Player.

Nice to see someone acting with a bit of class on Sunday.

Spot on. Very limited as a player but he's obviously a classy guy.

It must have been humiliating for him to have the captaincy taken off him and get dropped, but he's never posted any whiny 'woe is me' shit on Instagram. Never once complained in fact, to my knowledge. That should be automatic but in this age of moronic footballers who think act like they've been victimised because they're asked to turn up to training on time, it's something to appreciate.

And few players in this country have suffered more ridicule than him over the last couple of years. Yet he’s got his head down and become important for us again. He’s not the answer, but he’s proven himself reliable and a good pro. Other more talented players should take note.

Apparently after the match the Coventry players were waiting outside the dressing room to swap shirts and it was him that came out and went into their dressing room to swap and chat. Hopefully he dragged a few of the others with him whilst Antony was probably Samba-ing to celebrate his shiteness.
