Refs need to grow a pair and start making penalties be retaken when the keeper is two yards off his line line Schmiechal was for Rom's penalty. Shit pen btw

Didn't they change the law to allow this about three years ago?

I think the change was stopping the penalty taker stopping in his run up or something like that

Used to be the keeper had to stand still.

Then they changed it to allow the keeper to move on his line. Not £#%&!ing run two yards off it

Another refereeing @#%&!fest from yesterday. Sick to the back teeth of the cowards
