Manchester United striker Robin van Persie will have another scan on his injured knee after manager David Moyes said an initial test was inconclusive.

The Dutch international, 30, was taken off on a stretcher after scoring a hat-trick in Wednesday's 3-0 win against Champions League opponents Olympiakos.

"We are getting him rescanned again today because there was nothing conclusive," Moyes said on Friday.

"He won't be available for Saturday's game at West Ham."
