Default 2022/2023 Managerial Sack Race

Discussion | Non-Gambling

Stevie Gerrard is the one to fall first hopefully.
Followed by Lampard.

Good shout.
He has been doing interviews saying the club have no money to spend.
Getting his excuses in early.

Where next for him if all fails at LCFC?
I was glad he didn’t get near OT after Ole or Ralf.

Will go abroad I would bet.
Can’t see any of the top 4 looking at him.

And his ego is top 4.

Backed him at 9/1. Wheels were already coming off latter part of last season. Sitting duck once Maddison goes.

Southampton fella or Howe*

*if they can convince Poch to take over.

Wouldn’t mind Gerrard doing just enough to look as though he’s capable, that way there’s more chance he eventually takes over from Klopp and spectacularly fails with the dippers.

Has to be the Southampton bloke. Baffling that he’s not been potted yet

Rodgers will be fine.
Gerrard + Wolves manager at extreme risk. Villa fans will turn on Gerrard in very short order. 2 wins in 12 for Gerrard for all the money they’ve spent

That’s a bit of a shocker of a stat.
Must be on thin ice.

Howe signed a new deal yesterday didn’t he?

Howe’s doing a decent job imo.

How we’ve scoured the globe for midfield reinforcements, finding nothing, and Newcastle managed to spot and buy Guimaeres 10 minutes after being some money to spend is infuriating.

Everton at home next but after that they've got Palace away, West Ham, Arsenal, City. Could be looking at 3 pts from 6 games. The fans don't like him as it is. He's 14-to-1 on first manager to go. Very good odds.

It'll be Frenkie Lumpurd. Amazed Everton didn't bin him once last season ended.
