Heads didn´t go down at 0-1 (1-3), Could easily have bottled it at that point.

I'd say, judging from the reaction on the bench to Rashford's goals, that it was Giggs who pushed for his inclusion. VG probably would have gone for Depay up front and Lingard, Pereira wide. Good shout if so.
