He was astute enough to spot most of the issues at United and pointed them out.

Just didn't have any authority to do anything about them.

He might do better at a club that isn't such a shitstorm as United and where his opinions will be listened to. Don't know if he's really a manager/coach though.

yep. nailed on the problems at United but the overpaid overinflated egos at the top wouldn't listen.

Yes, that mattered more than the results - especially since our useless shit@#%&!s downing tools after a few home truths got pointed out, was amongst the most predictable things in the world.

Yup, hope it goes well for him. Did a good job with Austria and deserves a shot at a top club that isn't a total shitshow.

I never understood the “he’s only saying what we’ve all been saying” crew tbh.

We weren’t managers of the club when saying it…

But yeah I can’t help but feel he’d have been listened to a lot more now with SJR and his people in power.

What could have been I suppose…
