Fergie eager to spend the Lucas money

I'm sure it's nonsense, but why did United feel the need to officially deny it to SSN

Just thought it strange they'd deny this particular story, United are linked with plenty of high profile players over the course of a season after all.

Story was by Custis btw, he's been pushing the whole 'Fergie wants rid of Rooney' line recently. motwyw.

"See that player you have agreed to sell to Barcelona next summer for £50 million?"

"Yes"

"Can we have him now for £38 million?"

"No"

"Oh,well"

At least it proves the funds are there though.

We scored 3 at Southampton and should have scored 5.

Rather we bid for Neymar than Lucas tbh

No chance of us getting him though

Being linked with Leandro Damiao as well

Why all the forwards, are there no midfielders left that haven't moved in the last 2 years at least once?

scored 3 but should have scored 1.

if the game ended in the 84th minute and clyne didn't slip it would have been 2-0 to southampton

If Evra doesn't slip and Rafael is 6'4 it's actually 0-0 when the game ends in the 84th minute...

van Persie should've scored 6 anyway, the useless @#%&!.
