Things had gone to shit by the end of his time there, but doesn't make him a shite manager. Saying he'd have taken them down is opinion, they weren't even in the relegation places when he left

Won their first trophy in 100 years, finished top half of the league, made some incredible signings. Had previously done well at Getafe and Mallorca too.

He doesn't work in the Middle East anymore btw.
