Had my yearly review whilst on lockdown. Boss said that this has proven that (for me) working from home is perfectly viable. He said we need to discuss it in a bit more detail but once lockdown is finished, he sees me WFH 2-3 days a week moving forward.

yup. take a knee every £#%&!ing game, but no need to do anything about hundreds of subcontinental construction workers dying every year from working in the heat.

24°C is the average so i guess that isn't too bad...thought for sure it would be near or above 30°C
