Evra would be a huge bonus because it means O' Shea could play right back meaning Fletcher could play in front of the back four.

If Evra starts that's a massive boost. Providing he's not really unfit of course.

Our defense is potentially a reckless shambles tonight!

We have to start at a high tempo...we have to score the first goal.
I'm not arsed about conceding an away goal, provinding we win the game (we're capable of drawing in the San Siro)

0-0 wouldn't be the end of the world though..

We owe these @#%&!s for that 2nd-half collapse against the dippers in 2005 as much as anything else.

We can't let Pirlo dictate the game.

Ye Gods !

That is probably the most upbeat post you've ever made MJ.

Who's to say the boys won't step up to the plate. I'd rather be facing AC that anyone else in this draw considering our injuries.

It's also quite fortunate that the home game is the first leg.

Imagine this team going to the San Siro ?!

What a great shout that is. Hadn't thought about that.

Imagine if we were playing Liverpool or Chelsea tonight??
It'd be a £#%&!ing nightmare.

I can be more positive about our European games because I'm not as nervous about them! (before the Roma tie I said Rooney would score in both legs..& he did!)

Im expecting a very high scoring game, we will concede but i also think we will score, it will be like the Madrid game a few years ago.
4-3 will do me.

MJ, you're even more negative than me!

Most of what you say is quite true but keep it quiet because every time I read your posts I get all scared and nervous.

I just predict with 'worst case scenario' in mind.
I'm a fretting, pessimistic, stomach churning wreck of Woody Allen proportions before every single United game.

I shouldn't subject everyone else to my anxiety on here but I can't help myself!

However, I'm usually a lot clamer before European fixtures & if we had a full side out tonight I'd fancy us strongly to win.
But, that back 4 is an accident waiting to happen.
I think it'll be a score draw tonight.
