Default The anti-fergie stuff on here - deary me

The man had/has his faults and was/isn't perfect.

He's human ffs, who on here is perfect?

But the man was the best and most successful manager our club had ever had.

Towards the end he let the other clubs over take us in the transfer market as he wouldn't/couldn't get the purse strings loosened. "No value in the market etc"

But ffs he doesn't deserve the stick he gets on here.

There I've said it.

Get £#%&!ed!

Best manager ever and we have inherited a mere mortal and everyone hates him.

We've been guzzling on champers for 20 years and now we're on a soda stream. Get used to it

People want a scapegoat to blame anyone but Moyes, and therefore they're glancing at the world's best football manager of all time.

Sickening tbh. The man dedicated his life to the club and this is what he's getting. I can't hear a bad word against that man.

He's built 3 great teams and the ones in between weren't too shabby.

Not sure I understand the '@#%&!' comments.

He made mistakes and was stubborn but that doesn't make him a @#%&! IMHO.

We've all wallowed in the success he created but now there are loads negative comments which I feel are our of order.

I've felt like sticking my head above the parapet for a whole now on this issue.

The digsi saw about him being there last night did it for me.

Why shouldn't he go?

He's retired, but he's still got united in his blood and if he's fit enough and got time why the £#%&! shouldn't he go?

Because he endorsed, supports and asked us to back the manager.

Telling United fans to "£#%&! off and support someone else"
The whole Keane incident
The whole Beckham incident
The whole Labour Party incident
Rock of Gibraltar.
etc

The blokes a @#%&! imo but why should that matter. He'll never know how I feel or really care if he did and I imagine he'd probably think I was a @#%&! too if he read this place.

Why are people so precious over £#%&!ing footballers/famous people?

He's always supported 'young' managers, he may well have made another mistake...

fergie may be the greatest manager of all time, but he (like everyone) is not above criticism. and there is so much to criticise. and he's not going to do it himself, is he?

I haven't even opened the "should fergie go to games?" thread as it seemed like a totally ridiculous question. I nearly didn't open this thread for the same reason.

We are on a united forum, if it doesn't matter as he'll
never see it why post it.

The go support Chelsea thing was another mistake but he had someone in his face and he made a silly comment in temper...I don't know I wasn't there, was you?

The horse and Labour Party things are again could have been handled better/differently...but we still won trophies we all celebrated. Maybe that was the time to critise...but I don't remember the negative comments on those threads.

Anyway...
