With the other sides in the top six playing each other over the next few weeks we've got a great chance to make up a load of ground on them.

City is the same day as the league cup final.

We'll be at Wembley that day

We play Liverpool in the next league fixture and then-

City v Spurs
Liverpool v Chelsea
Chelsea v Arsenal
Liverpool v Spurs
City v us
Liverpool v Arsenal

All within the next 4-5 weeks.

(Obviously could change with cup fixtures etc)

we will beat Liverpool. We are the form team and previously that momentum has carried the team on.

Yep. They've done a lot of running to get where they are. They'll be all run out soon enough. Be nice to give them a helping push down the table all the same.

5 wins + 1 draw. In 2nd and 6 points behind Chelsea by the end of the month.

3 home games in a row now (Reading, Hull and the Scouse)

Could be where we really start motoring. I know we beat Spurs and City but we still need that big home win against a big club for Jose to really arrive. 15th january is the time... Knowing if we win at home we're only 2 pts behind 2nd placed liverpool is all the motivation we will need. Our recent run has not been as pointless as some #@&%!s will tell you, we were 10 pts behind 2nd place not too long ago. They're nervous now.

Would love to beat Liverpool and help end their title hopes. We are slowly getting back to where we were and another couple of transfer windows will have us there, I'm certain of that.

I was referring to those arrogant scousers who were mocking us still being 6th

Yet you felt compelled to reply to my post, with an insult aswell.

It must have touched a nerve for a reason, wonder why?

Oh they have, as it's meant we've not changed league position . Heard it a lot from other fans. It's absolute %@#$&!s of course.

Last couple of games felt like we're finally making inroads. Crucially winning late on again to Boro (City lose) and then the 'potential banana skin' game last night (Liverpool draw).

We're showing the kind of form we need to to make an impact.

Beat the Scousers and it's very much on
