Not bothered and generally don't buy into the captain myth/obsession

As long as we have a competent squad of senior professionals mixed with hungry youngsters, who all hold each other to account and don't hide behind the manager, we'll be fine

Anyone can call the toss and talk to the ref during matches.

Being a leader is what matters, and you don't need an armband for that.
