He mentioned that if another player leaves, needs to be replaced.

Reckon he'll want 5/6 overall.

trying to bring that many into the squad at once is not easy mate. I'd say 4 is enough for the time being.

Trying to get through the season without bringing enough in is worse, look at last season

How many more changes will he make to the squad? “I don’t know, yet. The third player [Mkhitarayn] will be official soon – I can try to make you understand the profile. We made a nucleus of four priorities, four positions, to give a certain balance to the squad. To give a certain push in terms of the qualities I need and want. As you know, the ones with more vision. I am more a manager that likes specialists rather than multi-functional players because I am clear in my approach. Multi-functional players – you need one or two if you have three central defenders injured. But, basically, I want specialists. We decided four targets. We have three at the moment. Until we don’t have the fourth, we are still working hard. Myself, the structure, Mr Woodward, the owners. When we have the fourth we will breathe. The market will be open. We will get the fourth before 31 August, and we will be stable but the market will be open.”
So it looks like Pogba is potentially our last signing this summer...if it happens (which it won't)

Dropping a bit of a subby at LvG with his specialist and multi-functional players comment

Good answer about Rooney. Fairly straight bat otherwise as you'd probably expect.

Now get on with getting these shower of wasters playing some proper football for a £#%&!ing change.

good press conference. balls out, not hiding his ambition.

i love the fact we are getting our signings done early, too. gives jose more time to work with them and stops the last minute farces that we have had to endure before.

strap yourself in, lads. it's going to be one hell of a £#%&!ing ride

Warm & tingly

Nailed everything . Got to say he looked nervous as £#%&! at the start which is a good thing, he grew into it . Loved his honesty on Rooney .
