The article alludes to the 'birth of Fergie time' or some shit.

On what grounds did they seperate Terry's racism and Suarez' racism? You'd expect them to be next to each other. Why is one more shocking than the other? And why is the one where he was found not guilty higher than the one who was found guilty?

Idiotic list.

The Evans and Cisse pantomime is in, but Vieira jumping towards and gobbing at Neil Ruddock before storming off the field at West Ham and isn't. Okay

I was there that day. You could see the blood on the pitch from the North Stand 3. Grim.

Pretty sure we sat in it at Euro 96 when it had just opened. Could've sworn Busst was 94 or so?

In 1995, the 30-year-old North Stand was demolished and work quickly began on a new stand,[38] to be ready in time for Old Trafford to host three group games, a quarter-final and a semi-final at Euro 96.

The part I remember (North Stand T2 fairly low, about half way toward scoreboard end row 5 or 6 iirc) was one of the training/physio guys chucking a bucket of water on the blood.. Couldn't see blood clearly from the angle but as soon as that splashed up mix of water & blood we could see it wasn't pretty..

Also Schmeich's reaction...

Yeah that's when I saw it. Remember thinking Schmeichel has been kicked in the face.

Saw him (Busst) a few years later when he was managing a non-league team.

His leg was a £#%&!ing mess of scars.
