The corner thing is weird. Give the ball to him in any other position on the pitch and he can put it where he wants, put the ball on the corner and it either hits the first man or comes down with snow on it.

Good shout. Been slated recently. I think he's just looked tired and overworked as much as anything else, but found another level today and really 'got' the Derby.

He's no worldy, but he's a classy little security bastard and he's one of LvG's best signings.

aguero was never in anyone's pocket, neither blind not smalling. he missed his chances.

Silly to get involved with Aguero, but handled him very well in the main.

He really shouldn't be first choice CB as LvG should have signed a quality CB in the summer however he played very well today

It is more difficult than people realize. It is easy to float a ball in but at the top level defenders will eat that up. Needs to be whipped with a ton of pace to be a threat, you are looking at inches in terms of trajectory.

always rated daley, prefer him as a holding mid rather than a centre back but does a good job for us usually.

I rate him

Played very well today. Not a centre back or full back in a million years, but I'd take him over rojo or dormiant any day.

Best performance in a while today. Still shits me up whenever the ball is anywhere near him though.

Please buy a proper CB ffs.
