Hopefully the answer isn't that the entire Fred community has done some sort of Jonestown - though if Ashley Young stays in the side anything is possible

The way Moyes has played it out so far, I may become an actual sage and go reside in the Himalayas and perhaps on a nice day play some football with the Tibetan monks.

I went for 4th.

Think we will be doing very well to get there before transfer window reopens/unslams.

At this £#%&!ing rate, we'll do well to be battling Liverpool for 6th place. £#%&!ing hell.

:shakehead:

When I started this thread, I just wanted to see how others truly felt.

I honestly think/thought we'd be top 4 - I knew it would be a transitional year but honestly thought we would buy wiser.

Sad thing - look at our net spending over the last 3 years. We've wasted a lot of money on average players - we have spent well, not City/Chelsea levels but still pretty good.

Now? Think we will still be top 6 but didn't expect both Spurs and Arsenal to look so good. Chelsea and City have too much solidity to fall away but I will be truly thrilled if we remain in the CL next season.

Default Ouch

How many games until Dec 31st?

We will be doing well to get top 4 by then.

There. I've said it.

I'd be very surprised if we're in the top 6.

If we're in the top 4 I'd be absolutely stunned.

5 games left.

Cheers mate.

5 games? Need a good look at them. Let's hope we can get our unbeaten run going again.

Tonight was always going to be a tough one but still....:shakehead:

The only one I am reasonably confident of winning at present

11 points from that or we are £#%&!ed for the CL.

draw v Villa and Newcastle and win the others.

Jesus, it's going to be grim in we get less than 11 points there.....

up until today i was sure that united would change things around and start climbing the table, but not anymore, that dream has disappeared.

The giant has awoken, had a perfunctory £#%&! and then gone back to bed realising it is a Saturday, the missus and kids are away, it's pissing down outside and the dog and cats have just snuggled up.

May as well have a good £#%&!ing nap :shakehead:

7th. Thought when Moyes was appointed that Fergie would end up taking over at some point this season, nothing has changed my mind at this stage.
