Default I think

Most people are happy with a Maldini/Giggs combo on the left and Zidane mincing about in the hole.

Surprised no Scholes mentioned and only Switchers has gone for Irwin at RB.

Also no Stoichkov - he was immense in his day as was Ronald Koeman and Gullit.

A lot of people have misunderstood the '1 player from each country' rule.

I was going to have Van Der Sar in goal so i could have Michael Laudrup in midfield. Changed my mind last minute.

As Al Murray says, we need the right amount amount of rules.

Too many? Germany.

Not enough? France.

Hagi would be a good shout. Great little player.

Also, surprised nobody has gone for Michael Laudrup, but then that would mean dropping Schmeichel and picking Buffon and dropping Maldini and picking Irwin and dropping Keane and picking Viera and dropping Zidane and picking Hagi. Job done.

That's the spirit

Tbf Sparkles did drop the Laudrupbomb earlier.

Interesting how Figo has been dumped for Ronaldo good and proper. Never bounced back from that John O'Shea nutmeg.....

pretty much any formation you want. in fact, all the formations.
Totally stole Bilic off n48. Lahm was an easy substitution.
