Fraud.

Exactly. Cannot understand the logic of getting rid of eth to appoint this guy.

I'm not against a "short term appointment" but at least make them high calibre. Wouldn't mind seeing how mckenna fares next season and then potentially trying him - United past, young, dynamic football

I may be wooshed here…. But I’d be up for that.

Especially if he takes Rashford off our hands this summer…

No wum. He's taken a godawful Ipswich and won 2 promotions on the bounce playing superb football.

Yep people have turned on him already, could have put money on that happening. I will admit the substitution of Kane did seem very odd, presume he wasn't asked about it in post match interview

I would still back appointing him as feel he can give us a stronger defensive base and attacking threat. INEOS could then look to appoint someone who will play a more expansive and eye catching brand of Football in a couple of seasons time.

He's good, but...

he reminds me too much of his best friend here...lots of falling out with clubs.

Wouldn't mind him coming in. Not arsed about the 'fallouts', not sure there are many managers that wouldn't end up falling out with clubs like PSG and Chelsea.

I think I could live with him leaving pissed off if he has a Champions League win at the club under his belt.

His fallout with Bayern seems to stem from his insistence to not bow to player pressure. Sounds good to me. Also:

Quote:
However, the club progressed to the semi-finals of the Champions League (the club's first semi-final since 2020) after defeating Arsenal 3–2 on aggregate on 17 April. He also became the first German coach to reach that stage with three different clubs. One week later, after Ralf Rangnick confirmed talks to take over as Bayern head coach, club supporters petitioned to retain Tuchel.
Has no impact on him as a manager, but seems like a decent guy as well:

Quote:
Before leaving Paris, Tuchel facilitated the medical expenses for his housemaid's child's heart surgery, and enabled her to return home to the Philippines by purchasing her family a property in the country

In one sense you think the hair is so unpalatable that he couldn't possibly be an option. But then you think at least he's not had a hair transplant.

Really on the fence with this appointment
