Football Steve McClaren

we still significantly underestimate his impact / abilities imo

All the (admittedly brief) training ground vids I see he looks like pretty much in charge.... Same as 99

Kidd < mclaren

Some real humble zen shit allow a prior underling to be your boss. Power of the hair island.

Couldn’t imagine any of the morons in my team becoming my boss.

3 replies for the assistant goat. Does he need to setup an insta with a team of content creators or something

Said we were extremely lucky when he joined. It went under the radar a bit imo. Taking the awful accent episode and his teardown in the press while England manager out of the equation, the man's still a top manager in his own right, with masses of experience.

And he's our number two, behind the big man.

We're in a really good place as a whole team at the moment.

Taking away top red points from the op for not claiming that the treble was nothing to do with McLaren and it was all Kidd. Always surprises me when I remember he joined in Feb of that season and not earlier

Is he? I always had him as third in command behind Big Mitchell.

No coincidence Mitchell is on his right with him being his 'right hand man'.
