Duckers post nailed it , there's a lot more to detest about Arsenal in terms of the characters playing for them and their managers history with United.

In terms of fans, there are not a more detestable set than Liverpools, which is the key point for me.

Liverpool / City are hated equally but for different reasons. Leeds come in 3rd. Most other teams come and go in levels of dislike and Chelsea/Arsenal come in that category.

To some maybe, I don't consider city a rival of ours, even if they are just down the road.

Scousers and Leeds are rivals with some good old hatred thrown in, I don't see that with city though.

I have no real hatred for anyone other than the 1st 3. Where you are located is a major factor. I know when I used to go on the RI bus with mainly local lads City was the main focus of hatred. However, where I live sandwiched between Manchester and Liverpool the obvious hatred is the vermin.

1. city
2. arsenal/liverpool joint
4. chelsea
5. leeds
