I agree with that team Bedders. Hopefully the week's rest has done them good. Carrick and Evra badly needed it imo. Will be a tough game but we should get the win and we're back on track.

I was slightly loath to change the Anderson/Carrick axis in midfield, poorly as they played last week as a pairing I do think we need some consistency in the middle. Still, I think Fletchers energy and willingness to defer in his play can only help Carrick regain his form.

Oh and get Rooney of the £#%&!ing left wing and back up front for £#%&!s sake Fergie!

Have you completely forgot about Hargreaves mate? Just because he is injured, doesn't mean he no long plays for MUFC.

Fletch deserves a start. Anderson was our best midfielder against Liverpool (not that it was much of a contest) and needs to games to get him up to speed. Carrick looks shattered and needs a rest. Vidic too, so the fact that it’s enforced is incidental. Gary Berbles will surely start after missing out last week. A fresh Giggs is too good to leave out for such an important game.

interesting. I was in Nth Lower last Saturday and Rooney spent much of the 2nd half on the opposite side of the pitch

Bit o' team news from Fergie's press conference. G Nev is back, Evans will play instead of Vidic(yeah obvious) and Fletcher is back after a virus ruled him out last weekend.
