He's our best player. He isn't our best left winger.

Hopefully somebody will also tell Carrick that, for home games, we play in Red... He's had two shockers this week IMHO.

Indeed.

For me, Carrick has been very poor in our 'big' games this season. Obviously been absolutely rubbish in these last 2 games. Had a nightmare at the Emirates too. Subbed after 45 minutes at Anfield. Didn't even make the team against Chelsea.

I don't think you can blame all those performances on his midfield partners.

Not watched any TV today. Paper went in the bin (after getting the free CD out of it).

When that 4th went in I'd have gladly put on a Baghdad Burka and piled into the away end.

But now?

The vermins beliefs means they now also have to keep an eye on two competitions and not just rest everyone for the ECL.

Could work out in our favour eventually if we are given the chance (Correction when UEFA now think they can fix and get rid of us)to settle that score in the ECL.

Their normal shiteness and expulsion from the title race by this time usually lets them go all out for the ECL

Everything happens for a reason.

It will be a 4 match ban, 3 for the stright red (serious foul play) & 1 for the second red card of the season.

He wasn't sent off for serious foul play though, he walked for a 'professional' foul.

1 point clear with a game in hand, if Liverpool win tomorrow. I forgot we're not 5 points behind.

There will be more ups and downs in the title race, it's only mid March. We're still in control and that's all you can ask for at this stage. Get a grip. People are making out we're 10 points behind, £#%&! me, if your level on points at this stage you're in a good position.
