Inevitable with var isn’t it? Penalties are being taken 4 or 5 minutes after the incident occurred.

This referee going over to watch on tv is the biggest time waster possible. He’s already been told in his ear he needs to take a second look, telling him he’s probably wrong. Not many refs are then going to stick to their original decision as they’ve been put on the spot. And they’re still using it for 50/50 decisions that could go either way rather than clear injustices, which should be it’s only purpose.
