Why don't we just use the 100m to buy Newcastle United outright?

Not 100% confident that SAF will choose to re-build.

He'll most probs buy one player and call it a day.

But in my ideal world I'd want;

Benzema/Zlatan
De Rossi
A winger that's not Valencia

aside from the the huge amount we'd have had anyway to spend (something like £50m for just BEING in the champions league final) we now have this on top. Plus ronaldo's £120,000 a week wages. We can afford to really go out and get the players we want and need.

summer will hopefully be good!

Fergie's chum, David Meek, has just suggested that we'll certainly pay for Tevez now.

I'd be gutted if that's true.

Default Can we stop quoting Ribery as nailed on for £65m?

Bayern rejected a £63m offer for him apparently, now if the Ronaldo stuff turned out to be true, don't see why this shouldnt have a shred of truth.

they don't like us, shafted us over hargo and will double shaft us for ribery who they probably feel is just as good as ronaldo so will demand a similar fee.

We can't splash the ronaldo fee on just 1 player (and a cheap sidekick)

If that comes out of the £80m then I'll be pissed off.

If there was money already set aside then it's ok I suppose.

Yep.

We're £#%&!ed if we do imo. Signing an average striker and probably 1-2 £15m type players, Fergie will say he's happy with the squad.

People won't realise Tevez can't count as a £#%&!ing signing, he's been here for 2 years.

He doesn't want to play in England anyway. Said so last week.

We will not be signing him.

Or Benzema

Get £#%&!ing Used To it.

I get very defiant when I think people are writing us off. (not united fans, the abu's)

I feel a great "let's £#%&!ing show these @#%&!s" attitude.

They're all going to write us off, again.

We're going to come out swinging, again.

20m for a striker of Tevez ability is good imo.

We'd still be left with a fair chunk to spend.

Plus with manucho and fraizer going that should give us about 12-14mil more.
