Salary Cap.

Players cannot be bought or sold. They are employed by a club on a fixed term contract. Contracts can only be terminated or extended by agreement from both sides.

Clubs can only negotiate with a player from another club (to try to sign him), in the last 6 months of said player's contract. Clubs can negotiate contract extensions with their existing players at any time. Any attempt by a club to negotiate or in anyway unsettle a player from another club results in a heavy fine and a points deduction.

Fixed fees for agents. The rates decided by Uefa or Fifa depending on the league / country etc.

Agents must be paid by the player. Any club attempting to pay an agent suffers a points deduction.

if a player disputes a decision given against him, i.e a foul/dive offside the official can book him after the game has finished on video evidence for wasting time or showing disrespect.

No salary cap, but players not allowed to spend money on things that display bad taste, such as unsightly mansions with monogrammed carpeting, or automobiles with pink wheel rims.

WAGS must pass exams demonstrating basic knowledge of geography, history, science, maths, French renaissance literature, experimental lifting-body aircraft design, and the geodesic designs of Buckminster Fuller. Failure to pass exams means no pictures or news of them may be published in any media.
