Default £75mill then for Ronaldo

Not a bad deal. Should look to get Benzema/a decent winger in.

I can't see us signing anyone, or selling anyone for that matter, aside from the obvious few, Gibson, Simpson and Campbell.

You watch, any deal done by Madrid will be last minute so we don't have time to sign anyone.

If what the press are saying is true, then they would have to buy him by the end of June or pay him 30 million

They'd stand aside if we agreed to sell them Ronnie as part of an agreement.

Plenty of other players out there we could throw cash at as well. It is going to be the most bonkers Summer for a while though, Bayern signing Gomez for €30m is unbelievable

Villa won't leave Spain and has said so on countless occasions and Silva was less than receptive to United's advances last summer.

It's Real Madrid stuff though, really. New President posturing, Ronnie is just a pawn.

it has to be said. madrid will splash the cash.

i think its good that deals are being done this side of the transfer window so that clubs can get things in place for their money spinning pre season tours.

the english clubs love to conclude transfers when the season has already started ffs

United tax accepted, it's not like there's that many teams in world football that can reject a big pot of monies when it's slapped in front of them ffs. Milan themselves have said they had to take the cash.

Villa & Silva could arrive from Valencia at a combined cost of 3/4's of what Ronnie would rake in, and then a midfielder, that Clerc at right back & even a 'keeper. Tell me that wouldn't make a difference to the squad ?
Yep Simple this transfer business eh.
