Maybe if we started playing the game for 90 minutes instead of the first 25, we would.

This is true, but the easing off periods went on too long imo. It was 1-0, not 4-0. The easing off is exactly what £#%&!ed up games like Everton last season.

That says as much about Chelsea and Arsenal as us. I don't want to measure United by other teams; I want us to be as good as we can be. We aren't there yet.

Egg bloody zactly.

This Arsenal side are absolutely shocking, beating them 2-1 at home is hardly reason to get your ballbag out.

we're lucky that the rest of the league is so poor. arsenal wouldn't have finished top half from 93-2010 playing like they do. we look better but we're still a mile of the pace.

van persie is a suprise for me. i knew he was a good player but i didn't realise how good he was

No, we aren't - but what were you honestly expecting to happen after we had lost to Spurs??

Most people expected Newcastle to muller us, never mind Chelsea and Arsenal

A proper United side does not contain shit like Valencia and Cleverley.

I'm happy with the results; and I'm pretty happy with performances, for the most part. But I think we could have scored two today if all our players had swapped their left and right boots. I just want to see ruthless, cold-blooded intensity for 90 minutes.
