Fully deserved.

If you watch closely, he's touching the bloke's shoulder and then his chin. I'd have sparked the @#%&! as well.

Not sure what Maddie has to do with this tbh

Under Section 47 of the Children Act 1989, if a child is taken into Police Protection, is the subject of an Emergency Protection Order or there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a child is suffering or is likely to suffer Significant Harm, a Section 47 Enquiry is initiated.

I would've thought the lad's law talking guy might argue that Barkley was whispering sweet threatening nothings into his ear. As soon as he felt Barkley's evil touch on his face he thought 'impending danger!!' and reacted.

Not sure about the several follow up punches he threw...

Jesus that's wild!

there's a probs a valid reason why he got knocked out BUT he shouldn't have put himself in that position. as ridculous as it sounds, why is he standing next to the bar ordering a drink or whatever? he should have enough money to have a couple hangers-on fetch his drinks or at the very least book a table so he doesn't have to move and interact with drunk locals with a grudge.

question, can the lad who punched him still get nicked if Barkley doesn't press charges?
