tbf £9m for a 32 year old; they probably can't believe their £#%&!ing luck. They'll snatch Liverpool's hands off and rightly so.

utterly embarrasing. Looks lke our top two targets are Lallana & Lambert.Its like going back to summer 2011.

Don't think his age matters much, tbh. We signed Sheringham at 31 and he was our top goalscorer at 34/35.

Could be a reasonable back-up or impact player off the bench, I suppose. Third in the assists charts last season.

Sheringham had a lot of top flight and international experience though. Plus he could play a bit and didn't have to do much running.
