yep, he's got one big mistake in him per game at least which is precisely what a world class defender wouldn't do, regardless of how well they do most things for most of a game.

always nice to win the league cup, but apart from as part of City's quadruple obviously the only notable combinations it's respected in are

the domestic cup double (done maybe twice?)
the domestic treble (never been done)

the league and cup double is only the FA Cup

the treble is those plus the CL/EC




all other combinations, even when the two biggest trophies are included, are referred to as 'a double' or 'a treble'

Arsenal in 1993, beat Sheffield Wednesday in both finals strangely. Can't remember who else.

I'd be pissed off if they ever won the domestic treble. Still hate Villa and Dalian Atkinson for that. They made me cry.
