Yeah good point. United probably knew of the interest from Everton but we not willing to sell him 'cos we may not have got Berbatov, clearly something has happened with Berbatov though.

how is he suppost to pass a medical?

Are Everton really going to pay a fee, he's on 80k a week at OT Surely must be a minimal fee
