Rash coming on.

Not saying our centre backs struggle to bring the ball out, just that the midfield doesn't help and struggle to control a game from deep. Lack of movement is another factor tbf

Madrid can go through the gears any time they want.

Rashers needed to play that first time.

Just a thought, but if we want Pogba to dominate the game, should we not play him some where near the middle of the game, as opposed to out on the left somewhere?

Is Lindelof supposed to be that type of player? Too early to judge him of course, but not overly impressed with him so far. Doubt we are going to see this trio, Lindelof, Smalling and Darmian start many games together.
Smalling the bastard being there won't help. Bailly back asap though.

Darmian is a decent enough defender, but will lump it forward at the first opportunity and continue to break down attacks.

We laugh at city spending 100m on two full backs but they'll be better for it.

You do realise that footballers have to move around the pitch depending on what the other team are doing, right?

Didn't he apparently play his best football for Juve playing from the left of a midfield three?

it's almost like united are befuddled by this strange new notion of 'forward passing'.

The other 2 were a bit good and he was expected to defer a bit. We seem to be trying to play the game on the left to get him into it
