yes. you can't play in any other country until you turn 18 as per FIFA rules. Only in EU it can happen otherwise.

just a thought but if fabio is the more talented of the pair, if he were to get suspended we could stick him in a rafael shirt and play him the next game.

i'm sure there's all kinds of trickery we could get up to having twins in the side.
