Sound the alarm!

Without him we are £#%&!ed. Eye infection, been bad for a couple of weeks.

Him and RvP need to be stored in bubble wrap between matches.

We'd be completely £#%&!ed without either of them.

That's why we're signing Fellaini - his hair will be like a nest where RVP and Carrick can live in safety.

This is Jonny Evans' fault!

Carrick interviewed on MUTV after the game Sunday said Evans had sprayed champagne in his eye. You could see his eye was pretty raw. I'm sure he'll be fine for Swansea

I'm sure the lovely newlywed Helen Evans is more than used to Jonny spraying in her eye. Perhaps Mike can seek some advice...

(PS the bit about Evans being at fault for Carrick's eye is true btw and not just an excuse for the dirty ref to Mrs E)
